Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use Propfinda on behalf of an entity, you represent you are authorized to do so.
Listings & Content
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any content you submit (including images, prices, descriptions, videos, and virtual tours). Do not post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not attempt to interfere with the service, scrape without permission, bypass access controls, upload malware, or misuse contact tools for spam, harassment, or fraud.
No Brokerage / No Legal Advice
Propfinda is a platform that may connect users with listings and service providers. Unless expressly stated, Propfinda does not act as a real estate broker/agent, and content on the site is not legal, financial, or investment advice.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee listings are accurate, current, available, or free from errors. You should independently verify any property, documents, and terms before paying money or signing agreements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propfinda is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from reliance on listings or interactions with third parties.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for risks to users, the platform, or third parties.
